Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Bronx Certified Refrigeration, you agree to these terms. We provide professional refrigeration repair services throughout The Bronx.

Service Appointments

• Service windows are estimates; technicians will call before arrival
• Someone 18 or older must be present during service
• Clear access to the appliance is required
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before appointment

Pricing & Payment

• Diagnostic fees apply and are disclosed when scheduling
• Repair estimates provided before work begins
• Payment due upon completion of service
• We accept major credit cards and cash

Warranty

We provide a warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. Warranty terms vary by repair type and will be explained at the time of service. The warranty does not cover:

• Pre-existing conditions not related to our repair
• Damage caused by misuse or power surges
• Cosmetic damage
• Repairs performed by others after our service

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not responsible for food spoilage, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
